ALPHASHINE Membership Terms and Conditions: Please read these terms and conditions carefully before becoming an ALPHASHINE Member. By signing up for an ALPHASHINE Membership, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
1. Minimum Commitment: ALPHASHINE Members are required to maintain a minimum commitment of 3 months from the date of enrollment.
2. Credit Roll-Over: ALPHASHINE Members are entitled to roll over unused service credits for up to 2 months.
3. Gift and Multi-Vehicle Use:
• ALPHASHINE services can be gifted to friends and family members.
• Services can be used on multiple personal vehicles, excluding heavy-duty vehicles.
• ALPHASHINE will contact the account holder to confirm each booking.
Pause & Cancellations:
• “Cancellation of a booking” must be notified at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $50 cancellation charge or the removal of 1 exterior service credit from the member's account.
• Pause or cancellation of the membership can only be initiated after the completion of the 3-month term.
• Membership pause can be applied for a maximum of 3 months.
• Membership cancellation must be notified at least 48 hours before the renewal date.
• Membership cancellation must be confirmed over a call with our customer service team otherwise membership will continue to be charged as scheduled in the monthly payment schedule.
• If membership is canceled before the minimum term period, the account holder will be charged the discounted difference from the regular price.
Subscription Monthly Payments, invoices and refunds:
• If a membership payment fails, our automated payment system will continue to charge the card on file until the invoice is paid.
• All credit cards saved on file may be utilized for a subscription payment, if you do not wish to store additional credit cards on file, please contact our team directly or use the mobile app to remove it yourself.
• If a membership account is past due/unpaid and has pending invoices, ALPHASHINE will not cancel the account until all the invoices oustanding are paid.
• If a membership payment is approved for a refund/reversal, ALPHASHINE will deduct all processing and admin fees from the total refund amount.
Valet & Services:
• ALPHASHINE Members must be available to meet the valet driver at the designated pick-up location or provide clear key retrieval instructions. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the booking, a $50 cancellation fee, or the removal of 1 Exterior Credit from the account.
• Cleaning of child seats and pet car covers is not included in the interior services and will incur an additional charge.
• Cleaning of truck beds for pickup trucks is not included and comes with an extra charge.
• Child seats must be unbuckled by the customer before service; otherwise, cleaning will be limited to the area around the child seat.• Additional charges will apply if interior cleaning requires more than 2.5 hours of labor.
• Valuable items should be removed from the vehicle before handing it over for service.
• Services cannot be re-added to the account once the membership has expired.
• ALPHASHINE's team will perform a pre and post-inspection of the vehicle. Do an inspection of your vehicle after it's detailed upon, and get back within 24 hrs in case they have any complaints.
ALPHASHINE Members are required to provide written confirmation in the form of an email or a screenshot from the ALPHASHINE sales team in case any modifications or changes are made to their member account. This confirmation serves as a record of any adjustments or amendments to the account terms and ensures transparency and accuracy in account management. Members are responsible for maintaining this record and should contact the sales team for any necessary documentation of changes to their membership.
By becoming an ALPHASHINE Member, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to abide by them. ALPHASHINE reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions, and any such changes will be communicated to members in a timely manner.
Services
Detailing
All detailing services are final after 48 hours of completion. Upon vehicle pick-up, one of our team leads or managers will check your vehicle with you to ensure the service has met your satisfaction. If something is missed or overlooked, you have up to 48hrs to return for a free touch-up. After that, we no longer hold any liabilities. Please note our detailing services are strictly cleaning. We do not polish/restore any vehicles.
Odor Removal
If the client receives an interior detailing with our Odor Removal treatment, they have 48 hours to return and have additional cleaning done if the odor has not been removed on our first round.
Wax Treatment
If the client receives an interior detailing with our Odor Removal treatment, they have 48 hours to return and have additional cleaning done if the odor has not been removed. Recommended Wax Treatment duration is every year. However, ALPHASHINE Inc. does not guarantee the product will last this long.
Valet Services
Our certified managers run our valet service. While under our career ALPHASHINE takes responsibility for any damages to the vehicles. However, you have 48 hours to report any damages after you pick up your car. Valet service will only be available if your pick-up location is within 3 KM of a location. This can be anything from your home to the office.
Service Completion Time
Exterior Detailing = 1 hour | Interior Detailing = 3 hours | Ceramics: Bronze = 1 Day, Silver = 2 Days, Gold = 3 Days, Odor Removal = 3 hours, Wax Treatment = 1 hour, and Valet will come within 1 hour of appointment.

All drop-off appointments must be made ahead of time unless other wise directed by one of our staff. Please head over to www.alphashine.io/services to begin booking.
Apointment Cancelation
All appointments must be canceled within 24hrs before your appointment or a cancelation fee of 30% will be taken from your accont.
Payment & Promotions
Payment
You must complete payment online or onsite using Debit, Credit, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Master Card, American Express, etc. Online Payment have a hold put on your card to guaranteed available fund then ones service is completed and car is picked up payment will be completed.
Promotions
Promotion Codes: Each customer may apply one promotion code to a service. Promotion codes can not be combined. Promotion codes do not apply to members unless specified.
Damages & Legal
Damages
All vehicles will be given a quality check before detailing begins. Any problematic or alarming areas will be called out to the client, and a decision will be made to move forward. Once the vehicle is picked up or dropped off associate will help guide you through vehicle examination. ALPHASHINE does not take any responsibility for damages found on the car (both interior and Exterior). Additionally, if the detailing process causes more wear and the client has been notified of the risks, ALPHASHINE will take no responsibility for said damages.
Work Enviroment
No-Tolerance Zone for Abuse, Violence, or Discrimination
ALPHASHINE is a no-tolerance zone for abuse, violence, or discrimination. We hold our team to the highest standard of respect and save work environment & engagements. This goes beyond our team to our clients. Therefore, we reserve the right not to serve abusive, physical, and verbal clients who are violent or discriminatory toward our staff. If you have been found not to meet our code of conduct, we will try to rectify the situation; however, you will be asked to leave our premises while your service is completed, or you will be outright refused, depending upon the offense.
Ceramic Coating Warranty & Policy
Ceramic Coating Packages & Coverage
At ALPHASHINE, we offer three premium ceramic coating packages designed to enhance and protect your vehicle’s finish. Each package includes protection for: Exterior Paintwork + Windows + Wheels + Exterior Plastic Trim + Headlights/Tail Lights
Gold Package: 2 Stage paint correction + 1 Layer of Hydrophobics + 2 Layers of 9H Protection + 5 Year Warranty (up to)
Silver Package: 2 Stage paint correction + 1 Layer of Hydrophobics + 1 Layers of 9H Protection + 3 Year Warranty (up to)
Bronze Package: 2 Stage paint correction + 1 Layer of Hydrophobics + 1-2 Year Warranty (up to)
Warranty Conditions
Proper Curing (First 2–3 Weeks Post-Application): The ceramic coating requires 2–3 weeks to fully cure. During this period, the vehicle must be kept away from: Sprinkler systems, bird droppings, tree sap, and pollen, parking under trees that shed, washing or any abrasive contact.
Care & Maintenance Requirements: To maintain warranty validity, proper and consistent maintenance is essential: Bi-weekly washes with pH-neutral soap or rinse less/waterless wash. Avoid washing under direct sunlight. Use separate mitts for wheels and body. Dry using only high-quality microfiber towels. No waxing or polishing of the coated surface. Spot clean with alcohol-based or coating-safe cleaners only.
Automated Car Wash Restrictions: Use of automated car washes with brushes or bristles will void this warranty. These systems can damage or degrade the ceramic coating. Only touchless car washes are permitted.
Third-Party Detailing Services: Using third-party detailing or car wash providers not affiliated with ALPHASHINE may void your warranty if incorrect methods or products are used. In these cases, ALPHASHINE will not be responsible for any damage or the cost of reapplication.
Our Recommendation: To guarantee optimal maintenance and keep your warranty active, we strongly recommend enrolling in the ALPHASHINE Monthly Detailing Membership. This ensures: Expert-level care by certified professionals. Ongoing protection of your investment. Full compliance with warranty conditions.
Annual Inspections (Gold & Silver Packages Only)To keep your warranty valid, you must complete an annual inspection within 30 days of the application anniversary. Inspections must be performed by an approved ALPHASHINE technician.
Warranty Exclusions: This warranty does not cover: Damage from accidents, misuse, vandalism, or neglect. Paint damage unrelated to coating performance (e.g., rock chips, deep scratches). Environmental fallout beyond the coating’s resistance (e.g., acid rain, salt corrosion). Improper washing techniques or infrequent maintenance. Use of brush-based or bristle automated car washes. Damage caused by unauthorized third-party services.
